Well the world is down to 923 players, I believe its when the world gets below 1000 is when the world goes up to be closed. So I am just wondering when will this world become closed to new joiners

Take it you have not looked at the names of lots of the 116 point players.
There are loads of accounts that are names with numbers after them go to rankings and search hello some one is trying to stop the world closing me thinks.

Mine is that some has been trying to keep it open so should have been closed to new players before now.

I am a mere elder mod. I mod the forums, and there are many things that I have oversight over, but I do not have to directly do.
For a community manager, the job is much more difficult and comprehensive, of course. Now, I'm not going to make claims I don't know, or talk about a process I don't know, and that's why I think that it's best to simply wait. What with the large amount of accounts that were made and other factors that many are not aware of, I'm not worried about it taking too long

But don't say I'm necessarily on top of things moreso than anyone else, I have a much simpler set of responsibilities, that much I do know.

Rather a stupid thing to have done.
It will not effect the outcome. Regarding world 4 and closing : There are no end game goals in place for world 4 currently. 1-3 have pretty much identical goals, including closing the world to registrations when falling below 1000 players. These details are not set in stone.
However world 4 will close to new registrations on Monday the 28th May.
I would be interested in how players would like to end world 4 ? 100% dominance ? Top two tribes holding 80% , another suggestion ? - if we gather a few ideas then we can send out a poll on the world and see what the majority prefer.

Originally when the world opened and PERV was created the intent was 100% dominance but this summer that is just starting is so nice already I dont think we want to stick around that long poking a turtle.
So I guess my vote will be 80% of the world PERV wins and we can go get ice cream and do a road trip cross country
When the worlds closed to new registrations does that mean when someone is rimmed they cant start over on the world too or is that something completely different?

Yeah everyone from rank 638 downward is just a person making massive amounts of accounts (though that would require a ton of emails) like 300 accounts almost not sure how the mods let that past for one unless it is the mods but yeah those accounts just should be instantly deleted

Hey, the only reason I pointed it out like that, was to make a point. Whoever did this spent a lot of time for a whole lot of nothing. That, and since there's like 100-200+ of those accounts, it might have delayed things just a bit for W4...
