Rather than infract/punish all those breaking the forum rule of "no discussing cheating/bans on the forums", I'll simply lock this thread and post this (hopefully) helpful bit of advice:
If you are involved and you believe there has been wrongdoing on your account, please do not post about it on the external forums. Submit an in-game ticket and attempt to work it through there.
If you are not involved and you believe there has been wrongdoing on someone else's account (and you are affected such as by cheating or multi-accounting), do not discuss it on the forums. Submit an in-game ticket and a moderator will take appropriate investigating and punishing actions if necessary.
If you are not involved and you believe there has been wrongdoing on someone else's account (and you are not affected such as by their account being hacked or taken from them), do not discuss it on the forums. Do not submit a ticket. The person affected must submit a ticket.
