My experience:

Firstly I joined on the .net server and didn't get so far, my real pride was on world 34 when I started on the start (which I didnt on world 23) where I got around 100'000k points and 15 villages.

I re-joined with a friend on world 56 and got nobled and sparked a war. lol?

No members so far, I may ask my two friends if they can baron or duke with me.

Your experience won't be likely to attract many people, in all honesty. How about you focus on building up a larger portfolio of success ingame, perhaps on US4, and then try to set a premade up for US5 once you have more experience?

You'll attract more players when you have more experience playing. Get to know some people, etc. It is fairly difficult to run a legitimate tribe with little to no playing experience.
