Yes, by all means it is one of the best ones currently out there, and bleach comes close too.

Yes but at the moment it seems to be one episode of Luffy doing something then all his Nakama being shocked or just finding out which is a bit tedious

Yes Bleach is good but i do prefer to read the manga on that
