It has usually been my experience that no matter the skill usually accounts with a co-player or two wind up being the most effective. I know of an account on .net in world 35 that is being run without premium by 5 guys and is more effective than accounts half its size with premium.

I know accounts ran by people with no premium non co-played or sitted and they are more effective then accounts half their size with premium.
