It isn't a bad idea, but hiring someone that purely looks for someone abusing the system would be an issue, as everyone would do it

I was informed of a problem with the reputation system [reputataion not being added to rep count] i have looked into the issue and it should now be working correctly.

If you still notice any problems, let me know and i will sort it.
