lol thats hilarious dude
Integrating the idea of '10 points for reducing the building time of buildings' is a decision that every Community Manager had to make. Innogames can't cancel this, because the Community Manager of this server approved for it to be integrated in the game.Protesting is completely hopeless. If the protest isn't "serious" enough, Innogames will just ignore it.
Actually it was a feature that InnoGames mandated
Anyway...
I don't really care for the 10 points thing. It will make this game slightly less about skill and slightly more about who has the most $$$.
Spamming away all day with it would end up depleting your resources, while using it sparingly would only give you a slight advantage.
I believe there is a balance to how much an effective player would use it.
And...if you use the time reduction on resource buildings ? OK, those buildings cost lots of resources when they have a high level, but I think that after a while, the time reduction will be an advantage.
And then, if you use that time reduction on buildings like smithies, you'll get your noble faster. That's still a great advantage.
At the end of the day, this only changes early game play. Late game isn't about quickly building up a village, it's about troops.
Reducing the 10 points system will not give them troops meaning forward on, they're more likely to become point whores as they will gradually get more points quicker and lack of troops.Early game greatly affects late game. You can't say that late game won't be affected because they're not mutually exclusive.
Reducing the 10 points system will not give them troops meaning forward on, they're more likely to become point whores as they will gradually get more points quicker and lack of troops.
That doesn't mean that they'll become point whores they MAY lack troops, but they may also use the resources they got by building their timber camps/clay pits/iron mines to get more troops.
It just requires some balance, I think.
I wouldn't be surprised if many players ignored it completely, except for the occasional smithy level.
