In Theory yes, Micro-Farming is good, but you all fail to realize that 2 spears and 2 swords equal 300 resources,
true you get a few from doing 'quests' but in reality you sending out all those resources hopefully to just get a few
resources in return, and then having them all dying or getting lost. usually the rewards will not even be enough to cover the cost of losing a single unit and thus making you waste more resources then you get in return from your other hauls...it seems senseless to me personally...unless you have a good amount of farms and a good haul flag, even though in start up you should use a resource flag...and yes we all are a bit ignorant are we Mela ?

You don't lose any unless you get spiked, as there are no level 1 wall barbs, yet. (Not near me, at least.)
So, yes, you get more than what you spend.

you know. i thought to myself, i had more troops than this. and i even saw 0:01 before a farm run hit and then no reports showed up.
thought it was glitch on my phone.

War child,I have 10k looted and I seriously think you probably have 4-5 times less than me.I believe so because from what you say you probably attack with all your troops.If I hit a spike I lost 2sp2sw or 1sp1axe.If you hit a spike of just 10sw10sp(the ones given by the tutorial) you will lose all or almost all depending on luck and how many troops you made(but I doubt you made anything more besides the tutorial.

Rumour: People think you have to be some beautiful mind genius to farm.
Fact: 9/10 knows how to farm. You only need TIME and/or a coplayer who can cover your offline time.

You are wrong.War child has proven he doesn't know to farm.I am active only 4-5 hours daily.I login for 10 minutes every hour from phone or pc an that's enough to farm a lot.I am sure you are just as active if not more active than me,but it's not jus activity what makes you a good farmer.

yeah its the beginning of the world everyone can farm if someone tells them what to do , and it'd take only 5 minutes. The thing is combining the farming and the game-play later in game. And the farming at the beginning also is a huge deal of luck. For example 4 out of 5 villages closest to me are spiked. 10 out of 20 villages closest to me are spiked. And the rest are farmed by like 20-25 players.

I'm hiding my progress but I have a 28 loot/plunder rating. I get 28 haul average for my loots.

Rumour: There is farming and there is farming efficiently/effectively. Not everyone can do both.
Fact: Scouts have showed up around the world. Majority are in Legacy.

I absolutely love how nonchalant you can be. "You are wrong. End of story. Period. The end. No further questions your honor".
ONLY 4-5 hours a day? Oh man, I would love to have that kind of free time on my hands. But you know, working, shopping, cleaning, cooking and everyday life in general takes it's toll.
Anyone who have played this before can have a good farm. It's just sending microfarmruns all over the place, really no skill needed. It's just doing the same thing ooover and ooover again. Same with farming midgame, it's about having the time to log in and send those farmruns.

But whatever man, I know where this discussion is headed, we are just going to bash our heads against one another until someone get tired of replying. And I know it will be me.
