choose who is the best in TW its cant be measured in one aspect only.
Many thing like Who is the best in growth, the best in leadership skills, the best in defends, best in strategy, the best in attack, the best propaganda, etc.
Not yet mention the consideration of the phases of the game, whether the best in early, middle or end game.

A decently executed OP is all that is at best. I've seen entire accounts wiped out in a matter of a minute or two so its going to take a little more than some villages nobles in the span of 3 minutes to impress me

Haven't seen too many Romanians doing well anywhere, except for maybe Romanian server, where I haven't played. They pretty much get served on .us, co.uk and leave alone .net. Undeniably there are some skilled individuals, but to state that the whole nation is the best is, hmmm... a bit dull, don't you think? Until Romanians start to massively dominate .net worlds, everyone else will share the same opinion :/
You are Romanian, in case you forgot. So if you state that Romanians are the best, then technically you state that you are the best as well.
On topic:
I can discuss only the ones I know... so....
2. Sinister Soul - If they can get their co.player act together and stay active they'll do just fine.
3. MOLOCO - With Kenny farming like mental... account will be at the top.
4. smash.thelastmanstanding - I hear they are good. Will be around the top and push for higher rank.
5. Willie B Hardigan - mmm, was a big fan of skype chats with Stevie. Haven't talked to new owner, but I'm sure acc. is in good hands.
7. h4rdc0re? - a bit too much pokemon stuff going on in nickname, but a nice block.
9. Power of Three - still there, even if going solo. good on ya, keep it up.
10. Shaky Surgeon - I hear they are good, as well as good team players, in that case they can only push for higher rank.

1 markeloff - Seems pretty good...but I can't see him on top forever without being in a tribe more interally stable than that.
16 shinhyun - I haven't really seen him up here before, but his stats are respectable enough. Could be a good player, who knows.
20 Pirotechnic - Sorry, you're not going to be up here for long from what I can see.

1. markeloff - was a pretty decent guy for the few days I was in Fun with him. Talented player - definitely proving that romanians have some great talent

I'm a little confused as to the stabs at Markeloff for just being an internal nobbler...
It looks like he's only had 2 internals and the rest were mainly from 2 different tribes (=axe=, NKRI). I check the two tribeless tribal histories and one of them was actually in smash but was kicked 2 to 3 hours before Markeloff nobled him so that he couldn't say he nobled a smash member....
Though he's pretty far from top oda he's still in the top 20 and it may be much more difficult for him to be top oda given he may be fighting noobs who don't have many troops to give much oda in the first place.
Sounds like Smash members just don't like Markeloff b/c he nobled one of their buds.

Interesting. Markeloff has already explained well enough for me that the "internals" were not internals but team-work on the target villages, which is fair enough.

Nothing we could do when he cotrained an isolated player. Smash doesn't like him due to how he talks.
