Most of the top 10 aren't even worth mentioning, much less the top 20.
Also, I'm a TWRM fan but I haven't seem them be very active and really haven't heard from them at all. Anyone have thoughts on them?

True, it's useful for support, but you can't have nice clusters if you're in such a tribe. Most of them will get stuck between tribemembers and will have to jump.

This is true because good organization and communication are what it takes to do well. Any half decent tribe with great communication and organization will more likely than not beat a tribe that is full of lone wolf players even if they are more skilled per capita.

2. CREED - good at mass-recruit but 2nd in ODA, not bad
3. .TWRM. - more talented than most other tribes of world 6, good ODA, decent location
4. Square - Don't seem highly competitive
5. Others - Have a handful of decent players, no stand outs, a lot of mass-recruiting going on recently; pathetic ODA; I hear they like to noble their own players and force them to restart, so terrible leadership
6. FLM - terrible location, clumped together in one area, pathetic ODA; don't know as much about them either
7. Friend - leadership seems really shaky
8. I.B - don't know much other than leadership seems to be pretty good
9. Art - don't know much
10. CREED2 - academy, mass-recruit tribe
Oh hell I'll assess DGSoWR too seeing as they dropped out:

well ~MA~ is a tribe that broke off from I.B
the leader of I.B and his friends broke away to create a better tribe scince some in the old one wernt up to scratch and he wanted a new start good tribe and good people. dont know about the other 3 top 10 newcomers

IDC- Quite clearly dominating. Looks like they have many very experienced players within their ranks. Obvious favorites to win the world, so I can see them being at war with the rest of the world in the future, but due to lack of decent leaders in other tribes IDC will most likely come out on top.
.TWRM.- 3rd best average, seem like a tight bunch, but due to lack of big accounts they are extremely unlikely to win this world on their own, but clever diplomacy if used well may lead to their success. Obvious language barrier to overcome when coordinating with allies though.
Square- Alright average and OD, dont really know much about them, but they dont look like anything special
Friend- Now we are getting into the pretty dire tribes, low average points and low OD, may surprise people but dont look to be doing much
Art- Weak leadership they dont really have a clue, they have one good member, not to sure why he is still there tbh. But kudos for braving IDC
FLM- Another badly run tribe, this is clearly shown by their previous best members leaving. Look to be mass recruiting within K54, wonder what their planning
~MA~- hmmm, only 23 members, but cant really say the are an elite tribe as average is only 7k. Dont really know much else about them.

Warring the rest of the world in the future? What about now? 11 enemy tribes not enough? Ranks 2, 4, 5, 6 are all in a declared war on IDC. I think IDC versus the world is already here
